The Airman and Family Readiness Center provides resources and services to military members and their families to assist with achieving and maintaining a balance of work and life.  The staff is committed to providing a range of quality programs to meet the needs of Schriever Airmen and their families.  Additionally, we connect our military members with helping agencies and organizations to provide assistance.

The A&FRC strives to meet the needs of Airman and their families through a wide variety of avenues, to include unit briefings, classes, workshops, seminars and individual meetings.

Air Force Aid Society emergency assistance is available to Airmen and their eligible family members to meet immediate needs in an emergency situation.  The Society provides interest free loans and grants based on the individual situation.[/su_column][/su_row]

Relocation Assistance provides assistance, counseling sponsorship training, and education throughout all of the phases of the relocation process.[/su_column][/su_row]

Transition Assistance helps separating and retiring military members and their families make informed decisions and a smooth transition from military service to civilian life.[/su_column][/su_row]

Employment supports military, civilians and family members in achieving short and long-term employment, by referring for education/training and portable careers in the private and public sectors.  Services also include resources for self-employment, small business and entrepreneurial efforts, local labor market information, skills development workshops, and other on and off base resources.[/su_column][/su_row]

Personal Financial Management provides financial education, information, and counseling that equips service members to address their current personal financial situations, maximize their financial resources and effectively handle any financial challenges that may arise throughout their military life.[/su_column][/su_row]
