Military Installations, Plan My Move and Going Overseas
Relocating is a way of life for military, DoD civilians and family members. Our Military Installations Plan My Move/Going Overseas program is designed to help reduce the stress and uncertainty often associated with moving. Individual appointments are available for those wanting to obtain additional information for the area they are relocating to and to feel comfortable with the relocation process. Information reviewed includes Military Installations, Plan My Move, Housing Networks, JPPSO/TMO, Finance, School Enrollments and more. For PCS checklists and additional guidance, visit here.
Kids on the Move
Military children are on the move right along with their active duty parent. The A&FRC offers a class for kids 8-15 years old to help them make the most of the military move! Strategies are discussed for coping with thoughts and feelings before the move, dealing with moving day and settling into the new home after the move.
